   半自動壓合式（shì）粘箱機是根據用戶中小訂單需要最（zuì）新開發的，它體（tǐ）積小占地少，操作簡便不需經驗，非常適合（hé）小批量產品的生產和品種的更換；適用範圍廣，普通紙箱，異型彩盒單頁成型的粘合，加裝自動噴膠（jiāo）裝置後還能勾底紙盒和天地蓋紙盒；節省膠水，膠水用量隻相當於手工塗膠的1/3；省人工，機器最高（gāo）轉速56米/分鍾，效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固，整齊不溢膠（jiāo），專利（lì）雙（shuāng）頭打磨器能非常好的將粘口部進行打磨去除UV光膜層或（huò）覆膜塑料層等（děng），提高膠水的（de）粘（zhān）接力（lì），解除了（le）紙箱（xiāng）廠在一些季節紙箱（xiāng）容易開（kāi）膠的難題。本機由於采用手工收折，在提高工作效率的同時還適用於全（quán）自動機（jī）不好加工的壓痕線不正、特殊異型與紙麵有開窗的（de）製品。
