全自動紙箱印刷機

  1.整台機器嚴格按照歐盟CE安全標準設計，具有規範化、通用化、人性化。依據人機一體化製造理念，能直接在觸模屏上進行設定、修正（zhèng）、執行、更（gèng）換、記憶等功能，是一款具有超高（gāo）性（xìng）價比產品（pǐn）。

  3.主傳動齒輪采用(20CrMnTi)優質合金鋼（gāng），經程控自（zì）動滲碳淬火、磨削加工處理後，保證齒麵硬度均勻一致，達到六級標準精度其齒麵硬度(HRC58-62)。

  4.所有輥、軸（zhóu）類內孔均進行切削加工，保證壁厚均勻一致、確保高速運轉時平穩可靠；在加工（gōng）過程中，經過多次調質處理（lǐ）消除應（yīng）力變化，通過（guò）磨削加工後表麵（miàn）進行鍍層保護。

  5.應用免鍵連接器，消除傳統連接所產生的間隙，保持（chí）機（jī）器印刷套色長期精準。

  6.傳動潤滑機構采用噴（pēn）淋式防減裝置；潤滑係統自動循環，並裝置防滲漏油機構。
  7.可選配（pèi）密封腔雙刮刀係統（tǒng）；可加裝（zhuāng）紅外線烘幹機構。

送紙部功能：

1.機械控製前緣進紙機構，具有響應速度快、定位（wèi）精度高、係（xì）統穩（wěn）定好、使用壽（shòu）命長等（děng）特點，保證了機器長期使（shǐ）用穩定性(可選伺服)。

2.用電（diàn）子凸輪替代（dài）複雜的機械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與（yǔ）電機（jī）軸采用同（tóng）步帶（dài）連接，消除了（le）送紙輪工作中的所有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙板左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔風量變頻調節；設（shè）置連續輸送（sòng）和隔張送紙功（gōng）能；設置上吸塵除屑機構（gòu），並可自動進行風量調整。

4.采用獨特的（de）快換式半輪結構，使進紙輪圓麵磨損均勻一致，保證送紙位置的長期一致性；更（gèng）換膠輪時隻須直接卸裝，方便、快捷減少輔（fǔ）助時間，使機器使用更安（ān）全、經濟。

5.可設定訂單數量，完成後（hòu）自動停止進紙輸送；左右擋板（bǎn）、後擋板工作位置電動調（diào）整，自動側（cè）齊紙工（gōng）作頻率可任意設置；能實現同自動（dòng）上（shàng）料機之間聯動工作。

印刷部功能：

1.觸（chù）摸屏、電（diàn）動按鈕雙係統控製印刷（shuā）相位、軸向位置；印版輥具有擦版記憶自（zì）動複位功能。

2.操作部設置墨輥及墨泵啟、停功能（néng）；每色組（zǔ）設置急停保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯動升降工作，著（zhe）墨時同印版間（jiān）隙電動調（diào）整；印版輥同走紙吸（xī）風箱壓力電（diàn）動調整，並可以（yǐ）分別調整風量設定。

4.膠輥勻墨係統采用新型工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼容六（liù）十線以上的（de）高網點印刷。

5.可選配密封腔雙刮（guā）刀勻（yún）墨機構，采用整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免工作時油墨外濫；其（qí）特殊割刀角度讓勻墨轉移更理想，可輕鬆實現100線網點印刷，並（bìng）可延長割刀和網紋輥的（de）使用壽命。

6.印刷相位（wèi）附電磁離合器製動機構，機台分離時可自動鎖住齒輪位置，防止印版輥零位丟（diū）失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關，可快速掛版、調整，方便換版（bǎn）和擦洗工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按鈕調整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相位（wèi）、軸向移動調整。

2.配置自鎖功能預壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長期精度，壓線時或緩了對紙板的破壞。

3.包裹了憂質聚氮脂的壓線上輪（lún），保證了紙板（bǎn）硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置（zhì）同步聯動電動軸向移（yí）動（dòng），使上下壓線輪、上下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進行凋整；自潤耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正確和（hé）提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪軸選用（yòng）優質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正，保證找到最佳平衡點。

6.選用優質合金鋼（gāng）開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。

模切部功能

1.觸模屏和電動按鈕雙係統控製工作，可對模切（qiē）部進行相位（wèi）和軸向調整，後側部安裝印刷、開槽調整按鈕，並設置主機開、關及加減速功能。

2.采用獨（dú）特的內置差速補償裝置，當優力膠墊外徑變化時，可以自動進行線速度（dù）補償，確保生產（chǎn）工件規格的一致性，並可增加優力膠墊使用壽命。

3.當模切部開始工作（zuò）時（shí），模版輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移工作狀態；優力膠墊輥（gǔn）同模版輥差異（yì）化特速設計；裝置（zhì）膠墊自動切削修複機構，可對優力膠進行（háng）多次修複。

4.模版輥、膠墊輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處理後進行內外切削加工，經精磨加工鍍硬鉻處理，分別（bié）進行（háng）動（dòng）平衡校（xiào）正。

5.按裝帶有防（fáng）偏跑位的自動糾偏功能的清廢輸送裝置（zhì）。

6.可選（xuǎn）用何服控製線速度補償機構，能製作更（gèng）高精度的橫切紙箱。

4.Die cutter roller , anvil cover roler use quality steel products, Quenching first and take place cutting for inside and outside by turninggrinding processing and hard chrome , to move their respective balance.
